Report a missed rubbish or recycling bin (TIP! Check you’ve got the right day first!)

Report other problems with waste disposal to Buckinghamshire Council, for example:

  • fly-tipping*

  • over-full dog waste bin

  • excessive litter, or over-full litter bin**

  • dead animal

*Most of the litter bins in Brill village are emptied by the Parish Council - so tell us first.
**Rubbish dumped on the far side of Muswell Hill will be over the county border - but here’s the link to report fly tipping in Oxfordshire.

To report a problem with the collection of Commercial Waste, call 01296 585353.


Fix My Street

Report problems with roads, streets and paths to Buckinghamshire Council - things like:

  • blocked drain

  • malfunctioning streetlight

  • pothole

  • broken kerb or road surface

Report a water leak to Thames Water.

Report a problem with a footpath or other Right of Way.

Flooding

Report flooding on the public highway to Buckinghamshire Highways. In office hours call 01296 382 416; out of office hours call 01296 486 630 - or report online using Fix My Street.

Report flooding from a main river or reservoir to the Environment Agency Floodline on 0845 988 1188

Tell Thames Water about flooding from a public sewer, burst water main or a household storm water drain; call 0800 316 9800.

Tell the Environment Agency about main rivers blocked by debris or a fallen tree
by calling 0800 80 70 60
